The Korte Company, a Design-Build construction company headquartered in Highland, Illinois, has recently named David Cousley as a Director of Integrated Services. David Cousley’s success in the company’s Nevada office secured the delivery of over 800,000 square feet of Design-Build projects totaling $140 million. As a proponent of green building, Cousley’s efforts included four LEED Design-Build projects, including Corporate Center VI in Las Vegas, which was the first LEED Gold Certification awarded in the state of Nevada.
According to Todd Korte, president and CEO of The Korte Company, “David’s previous Business Development experience within the industry in addition to his success in Las Vegas will certainly benefit our efforts in the Midwest.”
Additionally, Cousley’s focus will include current and potential military Design-Build contracts as well as the promotion of The Korte Company’s green building and small project initiatives.
