We’re excited to announce the recent completion of the renovation of CB Richard Ellis’ (CBRE) Las Vegas Headquarters in the Hughes Center. The 17,100-square-foot project was designed by Gensler – a global architecture, design, planning and consulting firm – under USGBC LEED design principles. The renovation is expected to be USGBC Certified Silver.

We were selected over the other proposers due to our extensive LEED experience and reputation in the Las Vegas construction market as being a professional and reputable firm.
The new, open-office feel and the use of the open windows with natural light will increase office collaboration and productivity. Our renovation will eliminate the “compartmental” layout that originally existed.
