The Korte Company has recently completed the construction of Fire Station #47. The Howard Hughes Corporation selected The Korte Company as the General Contractor for the $3.9 million project. The 11,300 square foot building is a one-story facility designed to assist the city’s growing fire protection needs in the master-planned community of Summerlin.
The project marks another collaborative effort between The Korte Company and The Howard Hughes Corporation. “This is another example of how the cooperative efforts between the private and public sectors can help control costs,” according to Greg Korte, President of The Korte Company’s Las Vegas Division.
