Put your hands together and please welcome Mr. Chris Shepard. Chris will be joining forces with our business development team. And just like it sounds, he will be helping The Korte Company in the area of obtaining new business.
Chris graduated from Auburn University, where he studied architecture before spending more than a decade in the construction industry. Much of his experience revolved around federal contracting and international development in the Middle East. He’s worked directly with the Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Oil, along with dignitaries from the United Arab Emirates (UAE). He’s also worked with the U.S. State Department on Secure Network Infrastructure opportunities in Iraq and Afghanistan. We could tell you more, but we’d have to kill you.
However, there are some things about Chris that we can share with you. For starters, he was a member of the 1998 SEC Championship Rugby team – good to know should you find yourself in the middle of a scrum. He is a motorcycle enthusiast, which means he’s got a Hog parked somewhere back in Nashville. And finally, Chris is a bona fide musician. That’s what happens when you call The Music City your home.
Chris and his family hale from Nashville, Tennessee, where Chris follows his passion as a lifelong guitarist and avid songwriter. He’s worked in the studio on many Nashville recordings and has played as a member of Trailer Choir and Tommy Tutone. If you need to reach him, just call 867-5309.
