The Korte Company once again teamed up with American Nevada Company – this time for a tenant improvement at Affinity Gaming’s headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada. With demolition beginning in March and an expected move-in date of April 26, The Korte Company had only eight weeks to complete work on the 19,142 square-foot facility.
“There was a great need to get this facility completed fast and efficiently,” said Greg Korte, President of The Korte Company’s Las Vegas Division. “Our client was extremely pleased with both the schedule and outcome.”
Through a combination of smart design functionality and an open-office layout, the new Affinity Gaming headquarters will streamline information sharing, leading to more effective business processes.
