They were seeking a new manufacturing facility and chose The Korte Company for a 98,065-square-foot project, consisting of approximately 80,000 square feet of manufacturing space and 20,000 square feet of office space.
The one-story Design-Build facility consists of locker rooms, a conference room, training room, calibration, storage, mail, offices, and restrooms. The site work includes asphalt parking and landscaping.
We constructed the Tilt-Up panel structure using structural steel and a single-ply membrane roof. The interior includes finishes, doors, partitions, and mechanical and electrical installations.
