American Nevada Corporation chose The Korte Company to construct this 4,600-square-foot, state-of-the-art building for Del Webb Communities in North Las Vegas Valley. It serves as the Information Gallery for Aliante, one of the Valley’s newest master-planned communities.
The Home Finding Center provides potential home buyers with information about the community. Once this community is built out and the Information Gallery is no longer needed, it is intended to house a high-end restaurant providing the new residents with an option for fine dining.
The Home Finding Center was awarded top honors in Southwest Contractor Magazine’s annual competition in the category “Best Public Project Under $5 Million.” Finalists were judged on design, construction, innovation, ability to overcome unique construction challenges and overall excellence.
