The Korte Company is one of the most experienced school construction companies in the U.S. We’ve been building since 1958, and we’ve designed and built schools throughout the country — even outside of the continental U.S. This school construction project is one of our finest, and it shows the versatility of what we can build.

Althoff Catholic High School selected The Korte Company to construct their new, 14,000-square-foot multipurpose building. The facility was the first of two expansions planned for the school, which had not been remodeled since its completion in 1964. In addition to the 500-person auditorium for theater productions, music concerts, visiting speakers and large convocations, the three-story Heritage Hall included separate rooms for band and chorus rehearsal.

Our Design-Build experience was crucial in satisfying the needs of Althoff’s faculty and students. The Korte Design Team’s ability to respond to changes in future plans allowed school officials to proceed with the first phase of the expansion before funds for the second phase of art studios and science labs had been secured.

Because we’re experienced, flexible experts in the entire design and construction process, we can deliver school construction projects that meet the needs of students, faculty, and the community — within project time and budget constraints.
