The Korte Company was selected by the American Nevada Company to build its new three-story, 72,444-square-foot office building. Built on 4.68 acres, the site plan provides for a future office building and a freestanding restaurant.
We achieved an attractive yet economical exterior by combining granite-tile cladding and accent painting with concrete Tilt-Up walls. The main entry lobby floors, as well as the elevator cabs, have a combination of travertine and granite floors accented with wood-paneled walls.
