For more than 35 years, The Korte Company has partnered with Anderson Healthcare Group, delivering more than 30 projects and nearly 350,000 square feet of healthcare facilities. The Anderson Collinsville Medical Office Building (MOB) is another testament to that long-standing relationship.
Located adjacent to Anderson Healthcare’s existing urgent care facility at 1103 Beltline Road, the Design-Build 6,206-square-foot facility expanded primary care services for the Collinsville community. Designed and constructed by The Korte Company, the building was completed in the spring of 2025. It houses five providers, with flexibility for additional providers or expanded services in the future.
