The Korte Company partnered closely with the client and HPA, Inc. to deliver a modern, high-performance industrial warehouse facility situated on a 9.0-acre site in North Las Vegas, Nevada. From early planning through final execution, the team worked collaboratively to ensure the facility was designed and constructed to support long-term operational efficiency and adaptability.
The tilt-up, 190,570-square-foot building features 185,950 square feet of warehouse space and 4,356 square feet of dedicated office space, creating a balanced environment for both logistics operations and administrative functions.
Inside the warehouse, the layout is tailored to meet the evolving demands of modern distribution and storage. The facility includes 27 truck dock doors measuring 8 feet by 10 feet, along with additional ramp access and 13 dock pits to streamline loading and unloading operations. A 36-foot clear height allows for high-pile storage, maximizing vertical capacity and supporting efficient inventory management.
Site design and security were also key considerations. The property is fully enclosed by a 12-foot-high security fence and controlled access gate, providing a secure perimeter while maintaining smooth traffic flow for daily operations. Together, these elements create a facility built to perform — practical, efficient and ready to support the client’s ongoing growth.
