The Korte Company partnered with RETKO Group LLC to deliver Bruner Commerce Park, 53,900 square feet of Class A Industrial space on a 4.46-acre site.
The Design-Build project was comprised of three separate Tilt-Up buildings, two of which measured 21,500 square feet each and a third which measured 10,800 square feet. All three buildings were erected in a span of fewer than two months.
The master-planned industrial park was designed to accommodate tenant unit spaces that varied from 1,800 to 21,500 square feet. The 20-foot ceiling height, grade level loading and its close proximity to two major thoroughfares as well as the Henderson Executive Airport helped make this project a potential leasing opportunity for clientele with both office space and/or warehousing requirements.
