COVID-19 Update: All ongoing projects remain active with precautions in place according to OSHA and CDC guidelines. Office personnel are working remotely and can be reached as normal.

This project consists of the design and construction of a new 62,984-square-foot Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing (UEPH) barracks building, a new, 37,821-square-foot Company Operations Facility (COF) building and supporting facilities. The Korte Company team designed and constructed both facilities to meet US Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED Silver standards and Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection (AT/FP), as required by Department of Army guidelines. The UEPH houses 168 E1 to E4 enlisted personnel in two-bedroom modules with a shared bathroom, a kitchen and a dining area in each module.

The COF houses two 200-person companies. Each company has administration offices, readiness module with TA-50 Go lockers, shower and latrine, and a covered hardstand. Site features we delivered include a concrete service yard, an asphalt parking lot, sidewalks, landscaping and irrigation, and site utilities.
