The Korte Company was proud to be called back by Designs for Health to deliver a second project for the nationwide health supplement manufacturer. As their operations continued to grow, they once again turned to our team to build a new facility in Henderson, Nevada. This latest project included the renovation of a 98,000-square-foot Tilt-Up warehouse, featuring three new bottling lines, administrative offices, a dedicated packing area, and more than 64,000 square feet of conditioned storage – strengthening their production and distribution capabilities throughout the Valley.
Designs for Health has been a leader in the health and nutritional supplement industry since 1989, known for producing science-based, high-quality products distributed across the country. Their focus on innovation and operational excellence made it critical to deliver facilities that matched the pace and precision of their business.
Our partnership began in 2014, when we helped expand their footprint with the renovation of a 42,000-square-foot facility, also in Henderson. Working alongside JVC Architects, we delivered an efficient, phased construction schedule that kept their distribution and fulfillment center fully operational.
The transformation included new processing, storage, and office areas, as well as a 10,188-square-foot mezzanine and expanded manufacturing space to support their growing gel and powder lines. Every detail was completed with the heightened safety measures required for combustible materials, reinforcing our team’s ability to build smart under complex conditions.
