The Korte Company delivered the 24,000-square-foot residential mixed-use project located in Downtown Las Vegas. The multistory luxury complex features 12 individual townhouses with two- and three-story units ranging from 950 to 1,450 square feet.

A boutique restaurant is located on the first floor along with live-work office space. The project’s scope also included secured access and parking for residents.

The development resides on a .5-acre site at the intersection of Sixth Street and Bonneville Avenue. Like the street it resides, El Benjamin pays homage to its history and also shares the name of the famous explorer, Benjamin Bonneville.

The Korte Company worked closely with the architect and owner to ensure the mid-century design aesthetic complemented the surrounding neighborhood.

The revitalization of the Downtown area continues to expand with similar properties including Fremont9, which also features a variety of amenities on-site and within walking distance of other retail, dining and entertainment options. The collective goal is to have an area that is easily accessible and connected.
