Located high on the limestone river bluffs between the Mississippi and Meramec Rivers, the new Holcim Administrative Office Building is a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Certified structure. The facility includes laboratories, shop facilities, control rooms and offices for what is the largest single kiln cement plant in the world.
The two-story, Tilt-Up building is unique in that the panels are not painted, accentuating the natural look of concrete and blending in with the rest of the plant’s structures.
