Jost Chemical, a manufacturer of food-grade chemicals, including preservatives, had outgrown its old facility and needed to expand operations.
The Korte Company joined the project team during the design phase to develop the budget and building feasibility. We chose Tilt-Up concrete construction to fulfill the industrial park’s specifications and meet Food and Drug Administration requirements. The interior provides an open space for four process lines and a two-level office area with an expanded quality and research lab.
This new facility provides Jost Chemical with the space and operations they need to continue growing their business and producing top-quality chemicals for their customers.
