The Korte Company was awarded this project as a task order under an Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantity Contract with the U.S. Army Community Services Division.
The project consists of the construction of six new self-storage buildings. Each of the six buildings is a pre-engineered metal structure built on a concrete slab. An outdoor boat storage area, plus an administrative and control station complete the complex.
