The Mosaic Community Park is located within the Mosaic neighborhood, a planned community in Henderson, Nevada. The growing community is home to thousands who live, work and play in and around Las Vegas.
Throughout our history, The Korte Company has worked with a number of planned communities, and specifically helped construct and design the park and common areas for its residents.
Mosaic Park features three separate swimming areas including an adult and family pool as well as a children’s splash area. The 1,500 square foot pool house facility includes maintenance space, pool storage, and restrooms.
Surrounding the pool areas, amenities include a basketball court, playground area, walking trail, picnic pavilion and a dog park. The Korte Company delivered sitework in all these spaces which included grade excavation, landscaping, sprinkler systems.
Hardscapes including brick pavers and concrete work, sidewalks, patio areas, shade structures, decking and wrought iron safety/private fencing was also included in the scope.
