We’ve delivered youth centers, schools, campuses and sports stadiums for educational institutions from coast to coast. Part of a suite of high school construction projects in Mooresville, Indiana, this is one of our strongest education facility builds.

Paul Hadley Middle School serves the seventh and eighth grades for Mooresville, Indiana — a community of about 10,000 people just southwest of Indianapolis. To address the aging facility’s needs, the selected The Korte Company to renovate a number of areas throughout the middle school and high school facilities.

The scope of work included a new roof system, new gymnasium bleachers and new student lockers. We renovated the existing science lab, adding a new ceiling, wall, markerboards and floor finishes. To address current Americans with Disabilities Act specifications, our team modernized student restrooms, updating fixtures, partitions and finishes.

As part of the Qualified Zone Academy Bonds project, we replaced the north and east elevations of the adjacent Mooresville High School exterior wall systems and exterior windows.

We’ve delivered a range of renovations for Mooresville schools, including a full renovation of Mooresville High School that saved a $60 million bond issue. Download this high school construction case study to learn how.
