The Korte Company is delivering the next chapter in Las Vegas aquatic excellence with the expansion of the Pavilion Center Pool complex. Located in the heart of Summerlin, the new Regional Aquatics Center will feature an Olympic-sized outdoor pool, built to host competitions at the local, state, and national levels.
Designed to meet the growing needs of the Las Vegas swim community, the project includes a new pool equipment building, restrooms, offices, and lifeguard facilities. A seamless connection to the existing Pavilion Center Pool lobby will tie old and new together, ensuring the community continues to enjoy uninterrupted access throughout construction.
The City of Las Vegas is investing in its future with the help of multiple funding partners, including a major contribution from the Southern Nevada Sandpipers Swimming Booster Club and grants secured through the Southern Nevada Public Lands Management Act. Together, these efforts will bring a world-class training and competition facility to one of the fastest-growing regions in the valley.
Scheduled for completion in Spring 2026, the Regional Aquatics Center at Pavilion Pool is another example of how we Build Smart — delivering projects that serve communities for generations.
