The Korte Company delivered the next chapter in Las Vegas aquatic excellence with the expansion of the Pavilion Center Pool complex. Located in the heart of Summerlin, the new Regional Aquatics Center features an Olympic-sized outdoor pool built to host competitions at the local, state and national levels.
Designed to meet the growing needs of the Las Vegas swim community, the project included a new pool equipment building, restrooms, offices and lifeguard facilities. A seamless connection to the existing Pavilion Center Pool lobby tied the old and new spaces together while allowing the community to maintain access throughout construction.
The City of Las Vegas invested in its future with the help of multiple funding partners, including a major contribution from the Southern Nevada Sandpipers Swimming Booster Club and grants secured through the Southern Nevada Public Lands Management Act. Together, these efforts brought a world-class training and competition facility to one of the fastest-growing regions in the valley.
The completed Regional Aquatics Center at Pavilion Pool is another example of how we Build Smart — delivering projects that serve communities for generations.
