St. Viator Catholic Community selected The Korte Company to renovate its original sanctuary building for use as a community multipurpose room and administration offices.
The project included complete interior demolition and remodel of the 35-year-old, 14,677-square-foot building and required asbestos removal, structural repairs, in-fill of the sloped floor, new mechanical and electrical systems and all-new interior finishes.
The building, which once had very limited use since the construction of their new sanctuary, has now become an integral part of the St. Viator Catholic Community campus.
