This project involved the tenant improvement of the Three Square food bank, office and warehouse within the Donald W. Reynolds building, part of Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada’s campus. The work transformed the existing space into a more efficient, fully integrated facility to support food distribution and daily operations.
The scope included selective demolition and reconfiguration, expanded restroom facilities, upgraded lighting systems and the installation of commercial food service equipment. Additional improvements featured new lockers, roof patching and the addition of roof-mounted equipment, along with warehouse racking and operational equipment to support increased capacity.
Mechanical, electrical and life safety systems were comprehensively upgraded, including new HVAC systems, telephone infrastructure, and fire sprinkler and alarm systems.
Site improvements included new asphalt paving, concrete curbs and sidewalks, cast-in-place concrete stairs, chain link fencing, and updated landscaping and irrigation to enhance both functionality and access across the site.
