The newest Walgreens Distribution Center, located in Windsor, Connecticut, provides 686,000 square feet of warehouse space. It includes a 70-foot and a 100-foot-high rack storage structure, offices, a cafeteria, a locker room and a computer training room.
The exterior is architectural precast, metal panel, and EIFS with aluminum curtain walls and storefronts.
This was the 13th distribution center that we designed and constructed for the Walgreen Company.
