This store consists of 20,000 square feet of retail space, built with a boundary wall on the property line — a Zero Lot Line. It was an extremely tight job site, to say the least.
An escalator connects the first and second floors, and an underground parking garage provides customers with the convenience of off-street parking. A featured curtainwall system element provides high visibility to the bustling Connecticut Avenue and adjacent subway route.
