Reliable construction done on-time and on-budget
We get the job done. Since 1958, we’ve delivered more than 2,500 projects nationwide. And not one of them has ever come in over budget or behind schedule. The secret to our success isn’t much of a secret. We work smart. And we work hard. For you, that means reliable, quality construction delivered on your budget and in your time schedule.
We take the time to listen to you so we can deliver exactly what you need. Our experienced team doesn’t let projects get bloated, keeping project scope firmly within set parameters. At the same time, we design flexibility directly into our designs and builds, limiting change orders while allowing projects to evolve with innovative solutions. We find as many opportunities as possible to minimize cost and speed up delivery time. Whether it’s siting your project to take advantage of natural resources and picking the right construction materials or it’s managing your contracts effectively and using value engineering to lower costs — we find ways to provide you value at every phase of a project. That's our way of building smart.
Getting the job done
Our company began in 1958 with little more than three people, a truck and a saw. Today, we’re one of the biggest construction companies in the U.S. We built our business on the principle of getting the job done.
That means the job is the boss. That means we’re answering the phone at 3 a.m. That means we’re always there to exceed your expectations. It’s just how we do things around here.
And we’re willing to take on the tough jobs too. The ones that no one else wants to do. When there’s a roof collapse that you need fixed at 4 a.m., we’re there — sometimes even before official emergency responders. When you’ve got a big, complex project that has tight time frames and severe limitations, we find a way to get it done. And year in and year out since 1958, we’ve gotten it done. Over and over again.
Our founder, Ralph Korte, would say, “I’d rather drive nails than eat.” Today, our whole team is just as committed as he was to getting the job done.
