At The Korte Company, we treat every build like we’re putting our name on the finished building. In this case, our name actually is physically on the building. This tenant finish project at our St. Louis offices shows some of our finest construction and design work. 

The project for our St. Louis Corporate Headquarter’s office is an 11,300 square-foot tenant finish located on the second floor of the Highlands Plaza Two office building. We designed the space not only to serve as our St. Louis corporate offices for both the design and construction divisions of our company, but also to serve as an example of the Design-Build delivery system using sustainable methods and concepts.

The project is registered with the US Green Building Council (USGBC) and has earned a LEED Silver Certification. The interior design incorporates the use of numerous recycled content materials, light and occupancy sensor controls on lighting systems, and the use of daylighting design concepts to maximize natural light.

The project also includes a fully integrated data and telecommunication wiring system used for implementation of our company-wide technology, including multi-office video conferencing capabilities. 

We proudly served as the general contractors for the Highlands Plaza Two Building in 2009, and we’ve delivered more than 2,000 construction projects, including many tenant finishes. See the full range of tenant finish services we provide.
