The Korte Company– a construction company specializing in design-build, construction management and construction services – will soon complete a 10,000 square foot office and conference room reconfiguration for Cox Communications’ Trade Drive Warehouse. This project marks the third tenant improvement project for Cox Communications with total project costs in excess of $850,000.
The Korte Company will also complete a 1,012 square foot expansion of Cox Communications’ Service Yard, which provides service to the company’s 45,234 square foot Customer Care Center. The improvement includes the replacement of their current chiller with a new 250-ton chiller.
Previously, The Korte Company completed a 3,860 square foot interior upgrade for the Cox Communications Payment Center. The project also included partition demolition and reconfiguration as well as the addition of casework and painting.
