Small construction

To us, there’s no such thing as a small construction project. We treat every construction project like we’re putting our name on it, and that means delivering the highest standards of Korte quality for every project, even the “small” ones.

While we’ve completed $100 million Design-Build construction projects, we’ve also got a long tradition of building for our neighbors. It dates back to 1958, when our company began with little more than three people, a truck and a saw. Our founder, Ralph Korte, started this company by building homes, barns and small structures for his neighbors. We continue it today by delivering everything from tenant finishes, roofs and floors to renovations, remodeling and interior design.

There is truly no job too big or too small for us.

On-budget, on-time, every time

We understand how important it is for you to get the best bang for your buck. Since 1958, we’ve never once let a job run over budget or behind schedule. For small construction projects, you pay only for the time and materials used to build your structure. And we keep you completely in the loop as your project progresses toward completion. We deliver on-budget and on-time, every time.
