Crovetti Medical Center Awarded

The Korte Company has broken ground on the a new office building shell and parking garage for the Crovetti Medical Center. The 39,725SF Design-Build project will accommodate the Bone & Joint Institute which occupies 26,160 SF of the two-story building. The design work of the Bone & Joint Institute is well under way with an expected construction start mid to later summer and overlap with the building shell and parking garage construction As part of the improvements, the new facility will include specific areas for orthopedics, therapy and fitness, outpatient surgery and administrative offices. When completed the total combined Design-Build contract will exceed 11.5 million dollars.
