This single-story warehouse provides facilities for the purpose of maintaining and storing military equipment for the 170th Equipment Concentration Site (ECS) at Fort Hunter Liggett. In addition to providing approximately 92,855 square feet dedicated to open storage and staging, the warehouse also accommodates office spaces, unit common, storage, a break room/classroom, toilets and locker rooms, and an arms storage vault.
