The Korte Company began work on a design-build project for a mini storage facility that will include both a 24,700 square foot tilt-up office building as well as a number of manufactured storage buildings that will total 130,000 square feet. Located at 9225 W. Flamingo Road, the $6,230,000 facility is expected to be completed in the fall of this year.
Greg Korte, President of The Korte Company’s Las Vegas Division, stated, “This project enables us to spotlight the efficiencies of tilt-up construction along with pre-engineered building systems all on the same site.”
