The Korte Company completed work on a 19,747 square foot tenant improvement project for the national home builder Kimball Hill Homes. This work will occupy the entire 2nd floor of the newly constructed Beltway Corporate Center at the corner of Pebble and Eastern, another project which was constructed by The Korte Company.
President of The Korte Company’s Las Vegas Division, Greg Korte, stated, “Initially, we were selected on our ability to begin the work while still under construction on the shell building saving months off of the tenant improvement completion schedule, and were able to successfully hold to that schedule.”
