The Las Vegas Golf & Tennis Club has selected The Korte Company as the General Contractor for its new store to be located in the 2nd phase of the highly successful District shopping center in Green Valley. The Korte Company will be working with Indigo Architecture Studios, the Architect of Record, in the development and implementation throughout the design and construction phases of this project. When completed in the spring of 2006, the $411,720 project will occupy approximately 7,700 square feet.
According to Greg Korte, president of The Korte Company’s Las Vegas Division, “We are proud to be working with such a recognizable national retailer with local roots.”
