Shadow Mountain Marketplace, LLC recently named The Korte Company as the General Contractor for Stein Mart, a 28,000 square foot tenant improvement project. Located at 6435 N. Decatur Boulevard in Las Vegas. The tenant finishes as well as mezzanine work will be included in this retail space project.
Greg Korte, President of The Korte Company’s Las Vegas Division, stated, “This client came to us based on our past performance on other projects for them. It’s an extremely aggressive schedule and they have confidence that we are fully committed to making it happen.”
