Scott Schweiger to serve as Senior Medical Planner
Scott Schweiger AIA, LEED AP BD+C, will serve as a Senior Medical Planner. He has more than 29 years of experience as an architect, with 25 of those spent specializing in healthcare architecture.
As a medical planner, Scott has programmed and planned healthcare facilities both nationally and internationally, including regional medical centers, critical access hospitals, specialty care facilities and ambulatory care facilities.
Scott is a licensed architect, a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Academy of Architecture for Health (AAH), and the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Additionally, Scott is Lean, Sigma Six – Healthcare certified.

Stephen Dailey to serve as Healthcare Analyst
Stephen Dailey, a FACHE and Board-Certified Healthcare Executive with more than 30 years of experience, joins The Korte Company’s Healthcare Division as a Healthcare Analyst. He will provide our clients with practical, strategic, operational, programmatic and financial planning expertise as they consider design and construction projects.
As a senior hospital executive, consultant and board member, Steve has chaired numerous boards and worked with a number of healthcare systems and hospitals in rural, suburban and major metropolitan areas. As an educator and author, he has led conferences on hospital planning at the state and national level.
“Steve’s dynamic understanding of healthcare planning and construction is a tangible asset to our clientele, and we’re looking forward to utilizing his strengths and expertise,” Walker said.
