The Korte Company has started work on a Medical Office Building project within the new St. Joseph’s Hospital in Highland, Illinois. The 17,500 square foot project was awarded through HSHS Medical Group, headquartered in Springfield, Illinois.
The Medical Office Building (MOB) project includes: physician offices, treatment rooms, exam rooms and triage facilities. When completed in late August of this year, the project will occupy 85% of the third floor (13,270 square feet) and a portion of the first floor (4,320 square feet).
