Yesterday’s Shaker.

We felt the Earth move here at Ft. Lee, Virginia. First thought was a heavy piece of machinery was moving through the job site – or the base was performing some operations. But as the shaking progressed, there was no doubt that it was an earthquake. When the shaking stopped, safety precautions began. All scaffolding on the project was re-inspected. For the most part, work resumed as normal with no damage or injuries – just a few people left shaking their heads.
