The Korte Company served as the Design-Build contractor for this 42,604-square-foot rebar fabrication facility. It contains warehouse space, open and private office areas, break rooms, locker rooms, a compressor, a reception area, and restrooms.
The structure is comprised of Tilt-Up concrete walls and structural steel with crane rails, and a single-ply roof membrane over metal deck. We also provided complete site work, including earthwork, an asphalt parking lot and concrete sidewalks.
The building has 75-foot clear spans to house two 15-ton cranes and one 40-ton crane.
