This high-security office complex at 2222 Market Street in St. Louis, Missouri was the product of a design-build-lease arrangement between the developer, the General Services Administration (GSA), and The Korte Company. Leased by GSA and occupied by an investigative branch of the federal government, the complex consists of a 67,330 square foot office building, an automobile maintenance facility, and a covered parking area.
The Korte Company utilized concrete tilt-up panels for an efficient, cost-effective, secure construction material that fit the project’s fast-paced schedule.
