At The Korte Company, our multi-disciplined team is experienced in all facets of warehouse construction and design. From benchmarking and quality control to energy efficiency and matching your corporate vision, we do what it takes to get the job done. This is one of the many warehouse facilities we’ve constructed to help companies grow.

Lanter’s warehouse facility is used to store and distribute the pasta from the American Italian Pasta Company’s neighboring processing plant. Construction of the warehouse unveiled a unique challenge for our team. We had to construct a conveyor system in the warehouse that could be connected to the system in AIPC’s processing plant.

And we found a solution. We built a 90-foot enclosed conveyor system that bridges both buildings, eliminating the need for transportation from production to storage and saving the facility many hours of time. The facility is a concrete Tilt-Up structure with 2,000 square feet of office space, 10 truck-loading docks and two rail docks that take advantage of the adjacent railroad.

We’ve delivered more than 2,000 projects nationwide and constructed more than 19 million square feet of warehouse space. See some of our other warehouse construction work or learn more about our distribution construction services.
