At The Korte Company, we’re seasoned in office renovation and have delivered projects for building owners and tenants nationwide. Our experienced team has delivered more than 2,000 builds, including many office projects, and this is one of our best.
The project was a Design-Build renovation for the new, Las Vegas corporate office for United Way of Southern Nevada. It required extensive demolition of interior offices, the bank lobby, bank equipment, vault, floor coverings and ceilings.
We built new administrative and executive offices, including a large conference and board room with extensive, framed drywall soffits and a centrally-located, four-sided video display.
Our project team modified the building’s HVAC system for the new layout, removed the majority of the telecommunications and data wiring, rewired the building and created space for a new server room. We also installed new ceilings, new floor coverings, casework and paint as required throughout the building.
