  • The Korte Company Is Awarded 1000-Room Lodge at Fort Lee, VA 05/21/2010

    The Korte Company, a Design-Build construction company headquartered in Highland, Illinois, has recently been awarded an $86 million design-build project at Fort Lee, Virginia. The project, a 1000-room lodge, was awarded by the U.S. Army's Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Command. It is also The Korte Company's largest Department of Defense project to date.

  • David Cousley Named as Director of Integrated Services 05/19/2010

    The Korte Company, a Design-Build construction company headquartered in Highland, Illinois, has recently named David Cousley as a Director of Integrated Services. David Cousley's success in the company's Nevada office secured the delivery of over 800,000 square feet of Design-Build projects totaling $140 million. As a proponent of green building, Cousley's efforts included four LEED Design-Build projects, including Corporate Center VI in Las Vegas, which was the first LEED Gold Certification awarded in the state of Nevada.

  • 15,000 Square Feet of Tenant Improvement Projects for Cox Communications Nears Completion 04/19/2010

    The Korte Company– a construction company specializing in design-build, construction management and construction services – will soon complete a 10,000 square foot office and conference room reconfiguration for Cox Communications' Trade Drive Warehouse. This project marks the third tenant improvement project for Cox Communications with total project costs in excess of $850,000.

  • The Korte Company to Complete Another Deisgn-Build Medical Project at the Las Vegas Specialty Surgery Center 04/13/2010

    The Korte Company will soon complete a 6,640 square foot tenant improvement project for The Las Vegas Specialty Surgery Center located at 1569 East Flamingo in Las Vegas, Nevada. TKC Design P.C. was the Design-Build architect and provided architectural design services for the project.
