The Korte Company was selected as the design-build contractor for the new Kingman Crossing development. Kingman Crossing is a 9-acre retail development with 90,000 square feet of planned retail space.
The Korte Company completed Phase 1 of the development which included cut/fill and grading for the entire site, site concrete, asphalt paving and landscaping.
Phase 1 also included Building F, an 8,400-square-foot conventional structural steel and masonry structure designed to accommodate five tenants.
