We delivered a tenant improvement project for Las Vegas Golf and Tennis, located in The District at Green Valley Ranch‚ a new, unique metropolitan shopping, dining and business development district in Henderson, Nevada.
The Korte Company has completed several other retail and office structures within The District. This new retail store offers specialty services, including custom club fitting, lessons and swing analysis, a full in-store golf service repair center, complete in-store tennis repair center, and try-before-you-buy demo program.
